The camping
Thanks to its privileged location on the coast of the Tuscan region in the center of Italy, Camping Bosco Verde is suitable for all types of vacations: nature, relaxation, sea, sports and culture.
In the campground there is a small swimming pool with deck chairs, playground with trampoline, restaurant, supermarket, bar, camp store (bazaar) and free wireless internet that can be used. Furthermore, you can rent bikes at the campground and there is children’s entertainment in high season. In addition to Italian, English and German are also spoken at the reception.
For lunch and dinner, it will be possible to use the bar and restaurant to taste traditional Italian cuisine.
At this shady campsite you will find all the ingredients to make your vacation an unforgettable time. Just 1000 meters from one of the most famous sandy beaches of Tuscany. In just a 15-minute walk or faster by bike, you can reach the beach via an avenue that runs along the pine forest.
Here there are both equipped bathing establishments and kilometers of free beach in the Bufalina Nature Reserve or the Lecciona beach, environments of high naturalistic and ecological value.
Every year the coastal area of Viareggio and Torre del Lago receives the prestigious “Blue Flag” seal of approval for the quality of bathing water, beaches and services.

The campsite is car-free
You can enter the campground by car 2x a day to get to the Chalet. This is from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Children's entertainment
Italian-language from approximately early July to late August. For the age of approx. 3 to 12 years. Not every day of the week! Crafts, games, mini disco and pool games, there is something for everyone. Look for the program on the information boards.
Wireless Internet
You can use this for FREE. Not everywhere on the campsite can you always receive the signal equally well! Always at the reception. You can often also arrange cheap internet abroad via your mobile provider. You can check this with your provider.
Swimming pool
The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September, with free sunbeds. The swimming pool is open during the siesta. Swimming shorts are allowed, but a swimming cap is mandatory.
Playground
Including a trampoline, a football field, table football and table tennis.
And right next to the campsite: Tennis courts, large children’s fair, park with playground equipment and professional “Jeu de boules” courts (Boccia), an Italian variation on this.
Eat Drink
At the campsite you will find a restaurant/pizzeria, also takeaway service. A bar/ice cream parlor, you can also have breakfast here!
In the evening, pleasant music is played here.
A camp store (Bazaar) for all those other things you might need. Washing machines and dryers, a supermarket. and bicycle rental.
